The 8 week Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Training is a scientifically based training that integrates the best from different worlds. You increase your self-knowledge and you discover how you can be happier and more resilient. You receive tips that will help build your resistance to stress and burnout. You also become acquainted with the power of compassion and with mindfulness in communication. Mindfulness also supports you in difficult times of your life. This program is suitable for everyone who wants to learn to cope better with the challenges of everyday life. No prior knowledge is required.
What does the training consist of?
During the 8 weeks of training, we work with practical exercises and assignments.
Use is made of:
- The breath as a source of stability
- Physical awareness
- Situational stress awareness
- Insight meditation (emotions, sensations, thoughts)
- Mini-exercises
- Meditative yoga (lying down and standing up)
- Solution focused techniques
- Communication
- Attention training
- Health plan (focused on prevention and wellness
