This is how I nurture your growth:
  • We work on a private or professional topic (or issue)  that is very important to you – something you have been struggling with for a while and that is holding you back from being your true self
  • Together we will develop your customized coaching programme to reach long-lasting change by doing practices you can experiment with in your daily life.

  • You will learn to develop a clear insight into how you can tackle your challenge today, how to retain the positive aspects and how to discover underlying patterns.

  • You will develop new capabilities and qualities that you will need to be able to evolve in your chosen direction.

Your coaching programme will last three to six months and we will meet approximately every two weeks. We will start with an exploratory session and use that as a basis.
